I've been thinking about starting a blog for a while now... just not got round to it....as a self-confessed procrastinator I've been too worried I just wouldn't keep up with it. So I apologise in advance if this happens! But I'm starting up this blog as I'm on a bit of a quest myself, so hopefully this will keep me motivated to keep going with my blog!
A twenty-something's quest to become a confident cook.
.... not a professional... literally just VERY BASIC COOKING SKILLS. Stuff normal human beings know by the time they are at the very latest 15, 16? Like boiling an egg? How long to make it hard-boiled? soft-boiled? How do you stop pasta from boiling over- ALL THE TIME! Please say its not just me.
